Case Study:
Sarnoff
Many companies were organized and designed for the world of the 1950's. They no longer appeal to the type of worker they must employ…Sarnoff Corporation was charged with studying this phenomenon for a large government agency. Sarnoff found that the written report, while useful for drawing analytical conclusions, failed to capture the spirit and the face of the new American workforce. Sarnoff contracted Stonehouse Media to produce a program that captured today's American worker. On location at three high-tech successful companies, Stonehouse Media documented the physical workplace, the attitudes and habits of today's technical workforce. The program was delivered on tape, business card CD-ROM and DVD.
